CKA Mediation began operations in May 2012. We have ten years of expertise assisting individuals in having the necessary dialogues to reach choices for the good of their children, their money, and themselves. Since our inception, we have assisted over 14,000 families in resolving their conflicts and have accumulated over 50 years of collective mediation expertise. We have been pioneers in online mediation, assisting clients on a local, national, and worldwide level.

Additionally, we were pioneers in the development of mediation legal products. We did so in response to customer complaints about being paid high legal fees for their divorce or separation and not feeling supported by their solicitor during the mediation process. We formed collaborations with law firms to provide mediation participants with customised packages of legal guidance.

We are a member of the National Family Mediation Council’s Standards Board (FMSB) and a major decision-maker and leader in developing family mediation professional standards.

All of our practising mediators possess the FMCA certification, indicating that we are highly competent. We are a team of skilled mediators that provide tailored solutions to assist families in resolving conflicts throughout separation and divorce, as well as during child custody hearings.
