I am registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution for both the civil and domestic mediation and have extensive experience handling the following types of cases:

Family Law - I have mediated numerous divorces, custody and child support modifications and legitimation actions. If you have a complex asset division or closely held business, I can draw upon my business litigation experience analyzing financial documents to work through the finances.

Personal Injury Law - I began my career defending personal injury and third-party insurance claims, trying numerous cases throughout the Metro area. Having also acted as co-counsel on several plaintiffs claims over the years, I understand the unique problems raised in a personal injury mediation. When you work with me, you also have access to the CaseMetrix database which provides accurate, up-to-date, injury specific settlement and verdict data, free of charge.

Business Litigation - As a member of the litigation team of an international law firm, I represented numerous small and mid-sized businesses in cases ranging from vendor disputes to employment claims.

My Fee Schedule for private mediations is reasonable and competitive. There is a two hour minimum charge and a 48-hour cancellation policy with a cancellation fee of two hours. Rates for cases where there are multiple parties with adverse interests, or cases booked through certain court-referred programs may vary.

You may retain me to mediate cases filed in any court, including the court-referred programs for Bartow, Cobb, Clayton, Douglas, Gwinnett, and Paulding Counties. I am also available to arbitrate your dispute.
